The designs are complete and now it’s time for artist Joseph Hillier to start creating his series of sculptures which will link the new houses in Watlington to the town centre via the ArtSpine trail.
Watlington XC 10K Run
Join us on Sunday 29th June for The Watlington XC 10k. Now in it’s 15th year, this event has established itself as a popular cross country run and even one of the best fell runs in the South of England. The run takes in a beautiful section of the ancient Ridgeway trail before heading steeply up into the wooded Chiltern Hills.
Watlington Midsummer Fair
Join locals for a fun-filled event down the High Street, in the Watlington Club and at our beautiful paddock (just off the High Street). Artisan makers will be joined by community stalls, there will be a fun dog show, entertainment, live music and demonstrations!
Live Events at The Spire and Spoke
The Spire & Spoke Pub offers a unique blend of rustic charm and vibrant entertainment through its Tipi Sessions and live performances. Held in the (heated!) Tipi, you can enjoy fantastic live music and events in an intimate venue.
Watlington Recreation Ground and Skate Park
Located just off Shirburn Street, the Recreation Ground offers a vibrant space for families, fitness enthusiasts, and the local youth. A standout feature that has become a focal point for community engagement and outdoor activity is the Watlington Skate Park.

Watlington ArtSpine Project
